Online games with clan or leadership aspect?

tell me what games you know of that have clans and not just tactical but strategic elements. I'm not looking for online team frag-fest type games like quake but for games where teams or clans can have shared resources, taxes, etc. I'm aware of muds and considering them as an option but usually if you want to start your own clan in a mud you first have to level your character up for a long time. I personally am fond of sci-fi type games but anything is good. It does not have to be a free game, though free or cheap is a plus. The most important feature is that I be able to start clans or the like with characters after not to many hours of play.

Well, you would have to find some where for the water to go... i think that it is a good idea... i'd like to go... sounds fun. I don't use alot, maybe a couple times a a mth, andalways so the same amount 1/4 of a gram. I only do it on the weekends when I have gotten all of my work done. Maytag Refrigerator not cooling, freezer working though?

I have a Maytag ZigZag, model #MZD2766GEW, and from what I have read, these refrigerators just have issues and so my problem is pretty common. I read that I should defrost the coils, so I looked and sure enough they were covered in ice. I got the ice completely melted off but still there is no improvement in the fridge side. The freezer, however, works fine. The article I read said to replace the defrost component, but since I already did a manual defrost and it didn't help, I hate to throw money into replacement parts to keep that particular function working. I figure it has to be something else. Any ideas?

There is so much gossip in my family. My parents are still together but my father is so negative. all he does is judge and gossip about other people's lives even his own children! Car starts when jumped, but dies right after. Not the alternator, what could be wrong?

I have a 6 cyl 99 grand am, the battery light came on, then the usual symptoms of a failing alternator. ABS light, emergency break light, trac control light, yada yada, then finally the air bag light. Then the car died. We jumped the grand am, it started up just fine, but once disconnected from the other car it died. I had the alternator checked at 2 different places and it checked out just fine. Had the battery recharged and checked and no cells are dead. Does anyone know what this could possibly be? I did happen to notice a thick red wire coming from side bolt of the alternator. I'm not sure now if that should be attached to the positive battery terminal or if it should be grounded. Any help is much appreciated.

Parent-child relationship?

My mother was the younger sibling of two (she had an older sister 6 years older than her) and i find she gives my younger sister the preferential treatment (shes 5 and 1/2 years younger than me) despite her continued denials of this. i was wondering if perhaps this is some sort of subconscious thing. whenever we (my sis and i) get in an argument she always backs her up, and im always at fault, even if she did something wrong. my mother and her older sis never had a good relationship, and my sis and i dont like each other very much either. is it possible that subconsciously she gives my sis the preferential treatment because of her realtionship with her sister? I loved this series when I was little, and my mother had then all. They had a bright orange binding and came in a set like encyclopedias. Each one had a theme. I remember that there was a science, poetry, Greek literature, folk stories, fairy stories, and history volume. There may have been more, but I cannot remember. They were written for children and young adults, and I suppose there were about 20 in the set. If ANYONE recognizes this and could give me a clue, I would be infinitely grateful. OMG...Do not use plain paper. have you heard of smoke inhalation. You know how most people in a burning house die before the fire ever gets to them. What kind of nurse tells you Marijuana gets rid of pain...that is crazy. Now if you want to get rid of pain take Ibuprofen. The regular over the counter is only 200 mg. and it says take 2. If you take three it is exactly the same as the prescription 600mg tablet. I think that if you are out of the pain killers that the doc gave you and you are still in that much pain you need to call the doc and tell him... you may already have a dry socket.

However in CO, I was playing with 1 guy and he told me he spoke once with Thomas Johansson as to why he didn't use a shock absorber. He replied saying that if you don't hear that thwang it means you are hitting the ball from the sweet spot, if you do hear it, it means the ball is not coming from the sweet spot so not using it in a way can help you know if the ball is coming out of the sweet spot or not. Computer speaker problem! Sound just stopped. (details)?

I was listening to music, (at medium volume, as always) and all usudden the sound stopped. No crackling, No static, both speakers, as if i hit mute. (which I did not) Checked volume control, but nothing was changed. So I plugged a headset in through them, and sound was coming out on the headset, but still nothing on the speakers. So then plugged the speakers system into another computer, still nothing, and still sound only comes out of the portable headset speakers. Any ideas on what had happened. Are the speakers blown?

I've had a series of cysts and have been also been pregnant twice (have a boy and girl now), but with my cyst pain, it was more of what I would consider an annoying ache that would usually start out strong and get better, or would start mild and get worse---either way it would change. I'm both a teacher and parent of Elem aged kids. Personally I think the single most important quality in being a teacher is to be pionate about what you do. Second would be willingness to change. I think MOST teachers who really care are fantastic - and if you have weaknesses (we all do) and you can welcome honest evaluation and constructive criticism it's hard to go wrong. You'll never get everything right and you won't always explain everything JUST RIGHT but if you go home each night and ask yourself how you could do better next time you'll be great. Where I find most teachers start to fall off is when they start to feel very confortable with themselves and their teaching and they sort of just stop trying to be better. Next thing ya know you're ten years behind the times.

Should Costco pay for repair to my car?

I bought a set of tires from a warehouse dept store (Costco) a while back. With the tires, they offer free rotation for the life of the tires. I brought the car into Costco yesterday for rotation, and the technician broke off one of the lug nuts because it was frozen. He called before he did it and warned me that it might break if he tried to remove it, and I gave him permission to remove it. When I examined the broken lug, I noticed that he was able to unscrew the nut about 3 threads, and that it appeared to be cross threaded. I think Costco should pay for replacement of the lug. What do you think?

Cold heavy tingly hand?

last sunday i had a hockey game were i got hit with the puck in the wrist thumb area really hard. I went to the er and my ortho and they said its badly bruised.They gave me a brace to wear which i wore for two days. Friday,during school, my hand got really cold to the touch, almost like i put it in a bucket of ice and its also tingly and numb and feels like a dead weight on my arm. so my mom tool me back to the er where they said that i have pain skin. like no ****! my hand still feels numb, cold to the touch and tingly. does anyone know what it is? should i go back to my orthopedist?

Chocking for no apparent reason.?

Lately I've been having difficulty swallowing (by that i mean its been a few months and my physician insists its simply nothing) and with almost every meal I've required water(abundant) to down it. You can safely (in healthy dogs) give 1 milligram per pound of body weight of Benadryl to a dog every 8-12 hours. You need to make sure it is JUST PLAIN BENADRYL and nothing with pseudoephedrine in it (Like Sudafed or Benadryl Sinus, etc). The only ingredient should be diphenhydramine HCl. Watch your dog for continued and/or progressive signs of an allergic reaction, like facial swelling, difficulty swallowing or breathing, or hives that won't go away. Difficult breathing/swallowing should be considered an emergency and you would need to go to an animal ER ASAP. Your vet can give a steroid injection to help reverse the allergic reaction if the Benadryl isn't working.
