Is my cat's nose gunk bad?

My Ragdoll male has what looks like little bits of dried up blood in each far corner of his nostrils. I scd it out one day but it came back. He doesn't seem to be sick or have a Upper Respritory infection. He eats well and he sleeps so much, it's hard telling. SOme say THAT'S because of his breed. So, is nose drainage common for Ragdolls too?
