Plan B and ovulation question...please help!?
You can take Plan B the minute you have unprotected . It is always better to be safe than sorry if your choice is to have safe . The plan B can work after 3 days to unprotected but most doctors say even up to 5 days. I use an Iphone app to see when I am ovulating or you can go on mymonthlycycles.com, it is free and tracks not only your ovulation but any possible day you could be fertile. (It shows little purple bunnies on your "fertile days"). If your period was June 8 that is the first day of your cycle. So start counting that as "day one" Yesterday would have been the 20th day of your cycle. If you have a normal 28 day cycle then you should not be ovulating. uming you have a 28 day cycle, be safe use and use DOUBLE protection( condoms and birth control or abstinence) from your 10th day to your 17th day of your cycle. I hope everything is okay with you. But definately go on mymonthlycycles.com and go on ovulation calculator or go to planned parenthood or your primary care doctor.
