Chocking for no apparent reason.?

Lately I've been having difficulty swallowing (by that i mean its been a few months and my physician insists its simply nothing) and with almost every meal I've required water(abundant) to down it. I don't know why exactly but recently I just started chocking for no apparent reason what so ever though , I've had this pain in my left vocal cord for awhile( it comes and goes) I don't imagine that is it. My wisdom teeth are coming in and I also, You can see the crowns and I don't imagine thats causing the problem either but I do know that since I've got them swallowing food has become awkward. I cannot eat hot food or acidy food I essentially have acid reflux so there's another possible culprit or it could be all of these in conjunction as one but, seeing as I have no medical knowledge of these things it's all simple speculations so I'd like some advice/info/support Thank you Greatly in advance anything would help really.
