Could i be pregnant in in TTW!!!!?

ok im ttc this is my first month off the BC pill yaz i stopped taking before actually multiple times and my period are always regular ALWAYS...i had on days 6 11 13 14 and 16 of my 28 day cycle at 4dpo i started to get lil twinges here and there and constipated i can push it out (tmi) but its really hard im 7dpo now im still constipated sore and last night i felt crampy...from your experience is there a good chance i could be pregnant!!!!
