Are Wales going to be a good side in the future?

They've got a thew good players about to come up through the ranks, As in Bale Ramsey, and then some good Senior players, Bellamy Giggs .(Not sure if he still plays) to name a couple. Will they ever get better? Or are they a condemned when it comes to football
