NEED LOTS OF ANSWERS HERE.....would this building lot be a problem for you?

im building to sell and i am considering a building lot in a small but new subdivision. the lots are nice and spaced out....aprox an acre a piece. the one im looking at buying and building on is a corner lot right at the entrance of the subdivision. its a nice lot treed and up on a bit of a hill making the home look grand i think. the problem im worried about is the subdivision has their name engraved on a nice granite stone at the entrance right on the edge of the lot im interested in. thats not the entire problem...the subdivision sign actually reads..."Granmar Estates, in loving memory of ***** and***** "............if you know what i mean.,..i just dont know if anyone wants to buy a home with that on the edge of their property.....what do you think? would it bother you?? Would you be just iffy enough that you would p on it?
