How can I keep my disability benefits from being withheld due to an overpayment?

I have been pverpaid 4,000 dollars because I worked and didn't know the limit of how much money I could make. I got a letter saying in 60 ndays my entire benefit check will be withheld until the overpayment is collected. Is there anyway I can set up a payment plan to avoid this? And for anyone who says I am lazy, I have a brain injury, partilal blindness and scoliosis.
