Why won't this TV episode sync to my itouch!?

OK so ive had my itouch for awhile now, over a year, and i have multiple tv/movies on it like han south park and saturday night live. Around when i first bought it i also got a TV episode called "best of 2008 olympic games michael phelps wins 8 olympic golds". at first it used to be able to sync to my itouch but it wont anymore! ive even went to customizing what i sync and making sure its checked off and it still doesn't transfer to my itouch from my computer! help!
