Is Amazon.com Dependable?

Amazon is 100% dependable. I've been purchasing items from them since way back when. Products come securely packaged in boxes via UPS (or FedEx if you wish). New will mean what it says - never been used. They also have an easy return policy so if you're not satisfied, you can return anything you purchase.
