Implantation cramps or cyst on ovary?

I've had a series of cysts and have been also been pregnant twice (have a boy and girl now), but with my cyst pain, it was more of what I would consider an annoying ache that would usually start out strong and get better, or would start mild and get worse---either way it would change. When I was first pregnant, I had the jabbing twinges as you called them on my right side. Looking back now I can tell the difference, but my initial prenatal visit to the doctor was because I thought I had cysts again. It was a great surprise to find out I was four weeks along instead!! With that pregnancy I did not have any bleeding with the implantation cramping. I hope its the same type of happy news for you. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you!
