Guy likes me alot, hes kindda obbsessed, advice?

Ok, a guy at school like, really really likes me. He has written monolouges about me, poems, he texts me how beautiful and whatever else i am, and yet he barely even says hi to me in school...anyway, he wrot me this like monologue and it was really sweet, but at the same time kindda creepy, and he apparently really likes me, and im flattered, but ive already turned him down once, and told him i just liked being friends (which wa the truth) and he is still at it!!! All kinds of people, my friends, his friends, me, weve all told him that just friends is good, and he should get over me, but he keeps doing things like that monologue!! Please give me some advice, what should I say to get to him (without hurting him too bad)?? please please please hel p with this, hes killin me here!
