Can we be sued for this?

Our landlord is coming to show our slum of a house. We have had extensive problems that make the home unlivable and have been given no help. I have posted a "Dead Mouse" count with my roommates names and tallies next to it on a bedroom door, so that no one rents the property in the near future. Is this considered interference with business relations or disparagement of property or are we ok?
