Was wondering if i got just a deep bruise or possible fracture?

about a month and a half ago i got hit with a car hood in the leg snow sledding right below my knee and it swelled up a bit and ever since then just to barely tap it on anything is the worst pain ive ever had and ive broke my ankle before and it numb about 3 inches all around the spot that hurts to hit plus some times it feel kinda funny in that spot that hurts when i walk on it and extend my leg
