Hi, Q2 - is that not asking about the data protection act and how this relates to individuals and their cirstances? This would include the right to access any information held about yourself by any organisation and what protocol that organsiation has for storing personal information about clients and/or customers. Also about organisational protocol on how it shares information with external agencies
