Can anyone give me info on mastiffs,particulary Cane Corso's(but any will do)?

I just saw a pic of a Blue Cane Corso, they r so beautiful!! I would really appreciate it if somebody could give me information on any mastiffs.......r they good with kids,pictures,price,temperment,care,,etc… stuff like that.Thanks!!
